What does it need to communicate across cultures?
According to the video, to communicate across cultures, it is important to understand that culture is learned and that people from different cultures have different values, norms, and biases. We interpret behavior in a different culture based on our own understanding of it, and unless we understand the values that the other behavior is from, we may actually mistake that behavior and therefore that can obviously lead to issues of problems. Here are some additional tips for communicating across cultures:

- Be respectful of other cultures.
- Be patient and understanding.
- Ask questions to clarify your understanding.
- Be willing to learn from others.
